Your data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure infrastructure:

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Game saves are stored in Azure Blob Storage
  • Usage metrics are stored in Azure Table Storage
  • Access is controlled via authentication tokens

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Microsoft Entra ID / Google OAuth: For secure authentication
  • OpenRouter / Ollama: For AI-powered narrative generation
  • Vercel: For hosting the web application
  • Microsoft Azure: For backend services and data storage

These services have their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum necessary information required for service operation.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time (see Section 7).

Upon request, we will delete your account and all personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain information for legal compliance.

Wagtales is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Wagtales after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
